This is a reminder to all of you that September registration for 2018 is just around the corner.
Please read this letter and mark down the deadlines for registration. On January 15, 2018, a summary of your current information will be given to you for your review. Please make any changes (if necessary) and return everything to us along with a new signed parent contract and completed emergency card.
Ensure that your forms along with payments are returned by the deadline in order to secure your spot for next year. As of January 29, 2018 all available spots will be open to new families.
The package will include a checklist to help ensure that your package is complete when you return it to us. The package will also include a new updated fee schedule to refer to when filling out your payment information.
**If you are registering a sibling not currently enrolled in our program you will need to complete the long registration form and include immunization records and any other applicable forms for your child. These forms will be updated on our website as of January 9th for you to print, fill out and return to us. A $15.00 registration fee will also apply to the first month’s payment.

Current families will receive information packages to review and return with all necessary documents.
January 22, 2018
Deadline for current families to return contracts and fees. Please ensure that your packages are returned by this day; once this deadline passes the spots that are available will be open to new families to register and you may jeopardize your spot for September 2017.
January 29 New Families
Registration to the community opens on a first come first serve basis.
Our part time programs will be closed on PD Days, Winter Break and March Break. Please be aware that you will need to make alternate arrangements for child care during these closures if your child is registered in our part time programs.
